Support Senior Pets This November With Stella and Chewy’s

Did you know that November is National Adopt a Senior Pet Month? This month is dedicated to finding homes for older pets, who can often be overlooked in the shelters. Senior pets can spend the longest time in shelters and have a higher euthanasia rate than younger pets that come into shelters.

Stella and Chewy’s is celebrating senior pets during the whole month of November! Stella and Chewy’s is covering adoption fees for senior dogs and cats adopted this month. If you adopt a senior cat or dog aged 7 or older in November and Stella & Chewy’s will reimburse your adoption fee! You can access their reimbursement form here.

According to the Stella and Chewy’s website, both Stella and Chewy were adopted as adult dogs! They are the inspiration behind the brand’s love of senior pets and their Journey Home Fund. It is truly the most wonderful time of the year! Make the holidays a little sweeter (and furrier) by adopting your new B.F.F (best furry friend)!

Senior pets are pawfect for cuddling up on the couch and watching Hallmark Holiday movies, wearing matching ugly sweaters, and they are bound to enjoy some turkey this Thanksgiving! You can learn more about Stella and Chewy’s and the Journey Home Fund here.

Every Purchase This November Makes A Difference!

In addition to covering adoption fees for dogs and cats age 7 and up, Stella and Chewy’s has teamed up with dog mom and World Soccer Champion, Alex Morgan to help shelter pets find their forever home. For every Stella and Chewy’s product purchased this November, $1 will be donated to help a senior pet in need. So head to your neighborhood pet store or head to Chewy.com to grab some yummy, healthy grub for your pet.

Have you tried anything from Stella and Chewy’s? What were your pet’s favorites? We love that the brand uses responsibly sourced, limited, and healthy ingredients. We also love that they give back to help pets in need, especially their commitment to helping senior pets!

Teddy had the opportunity to work as a brand ambassador for Stella and Chewy’s last year, but all opinions are out own. He truly loved most everything he tried. He is a very picky eater, so as a dog mom, this definitely put me at ease, knowing he has even more, healthy options available to him.
